Turning Long-Term Goals into Reality
For years, running a 5K was a back-burner goal for Kristie. Everything changed after her daughter was born last September. Coming into 2026, she decided to practice what she preaches about chasing goals.
To stay accountable, she dragged her coworkers into the challenge with her. Two weekends ago, Kristie didn’t just run the 3.1 miles—she pushed her daughter in her stroller the entire way, crossing the finish line with jelly legs and an incredible sense of accomplishment.
Kristie’s race reminds us that it is never too late to pick up a dusty goal and just start running. Cultivating a supportive, high-performance team atmosphere means being the team that cheers you on at the finish line, whether you are hitting career targets or personal milestones.
