Networking & Professional Development
Community and growth were front and center this month. Matt Dimeo and Anna White headed to the court for a March Madness networking event, while Lauren O’Shaughnessey joined them at several CROCs (Corporate Recruiters of Charlotte) events to engage with fellow talent acquisition professionals.
In addition to these networking circles, Sarah Pineda, Matt, and Anna attended the March Charlotte Area SHRM session, which specifically focused on the human resources landscape this month. Participating in these local sessions allows us to stay engaged with the latest HR trends and legal updates, ensuring we remain a knowledgeable resource for the Charlotte business community.
