The spirit of the NCAA Basketball tournament took over Ferretti Search HQ this year. We brought the court to the office with an internal bracket and a head-to-head shoot-off that turned our workspace into an arena, with the whole team cheering from the sidelines.
The real action was happening right here in the office while the rest of the country focused on the national stage. After an intense round, we crowned our first-ever champion: Matt Dimeo. Matt officially holds the trophy and bragging rights through 2027!
A tournament is only as good as its concessions, and our ultimate nacho bar was the MVP. It gave the team a chance to step away from their desks, share a laugh, and strengthen our connection over jerseys and jalapeños.
Events like this remind us that the relationships we build are just as vital as the work we do. Channeling our competitive energy into something fun helps us recharge and brings fresh momentum to our primary mission: supporting our clients and candidates.
