Rick Ferretti

Rick Ferretti has successfully placed over 10,000 professionals. With over a decade of experience in human resources and recruitment across various industries, he founded Ferretti Search in 2018. What started as a one-man shop has grown to be a team of recruiters across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Ohio. Today, Rick is responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day operations, working directly with client relationships, and providing on-going training for the Ferretti Search staff. His areas of expertise include: human resources, accounting & finance and technology. He is constantly on the search for emerging talent to join the Ferretti Search team. He previously served as a Board Member for the Alumni Board of Directors at UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business. From 2011 to 2022, he was also a member of the Board of Directors for the Charlotte chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) with 400+ members.
